At Caftan2Sahar , we strive to make your shopping experience simple, fast and transparent. Our goal is to process and ship each order with care and efficiency.
- Order processing time ⏳: We promise to have all orders delivered to you within 7-14 days. However, during periods of high demand, additional delays may apply. Rest assured that our team is working hard to meet these deadlines while maintaining the quality of our service.
- Products requiring additional time ⏱️: Some items may take longer to ship due to their specific characteristics. This information will be detailed in the product description so that you are well informed before finalizing your purchase.
- Shipping Location 🌍: The majority of our products are shipped directly from our workshop between Fez and Casablanca in Morocco, where each item is meticulously prepared, packaged and shipped according to strict quality standards.
- Logistics partners 📦: We work with trusted delivery services like FedEx, UPS and DHL to ensure your order arrives quickly and safely. All our shipments are made via express delivery services.
- Order tracking 📍: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can track your package in real time.

3. Returns and Refunds 🔄
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase at Caftan2sahar . However, please note that no returns or refunds will be accepted , except for our loyal customers with whom we have established a relationship of mutual trust.
- Cases where returns are not accepted :
❌ Caftan worn for an event and returned after use.
❌ Items showing signs of wear, odor or deterioration.
❌ Custom or made-to-measure orders.
- Returns accepted only if :
✅ The item is defective upon receipt (with proof within 48 hours of receipt).
✅ The item received does not match the order (error in model, size, color).
Any return request must be sent to our customer service so that they can continue the procedure with you.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Order processing 🛒: Once the order is validated, it is not possible to cancel it. As soon as we receive an order, we immediately begin the process of sourcing, manufacturing and preparing for shipping, in order to meet our delivery times and guarantee the quality of our services.
