We deliver throughout Morocco and across Europe . Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated based on your location and the product's origin , ensuring a fair and efficient logistics solution.

For orders shipped from our warehouse located in France, several delivery methods are available:
Home delivery :
Estimated delivery time: 2 to 3 business days â âŹ9.99
Delivery to a collection point (Mondial Relay) :
Estimated delivery time: 4 to 5 business days â from âŹ4.99
These options guarantee speed, security and flexibility for our European customers.
đ Delivery from Morocco to Europe
Shipments originating from Morocco require a longer logistics timeframe. Delivery is generally guaranteed within 1 to 2 weeks , depending on the destination city.
Delivery costs from Morocco are calculated according to the following terms:
Price: âŹ2 per kilogram
Minimum weight charged: 10 kg
Minimum delivery amount: âŹ20
đ For example:
For orders weighing between 1 and 10 kg , the applicable price is âŹ20.
Beyond 10 kg , an additional âŹ2 per extra kilogram is added to the initial amount of âŹ20.

2. Returns and Refunds đ
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Caftan2sahar . However, please note that no returns or refunds will be accepted , except for our loyal customers with whom we have established a relationship of mutual trust.
- Cases where returns are not accepted :
â Caftan worn for an event and returned after use.
â Items showing signs of wear, odor or deterioration.
â Custom or made-to-measure orders.

3. Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. As soon as we receive an order, we immediately begin the sourcing, manufacturing, and shipping preparation process to meet our delivery deadlines and guarantee the quality of our services.
